Your choices

Google analytics and advertising tags are off until you agree. Maps, videos and forms load automatically and are independent of these cookie settings. Choose Accept all, Necessary only, or Customize in the privacy notice. Necessary only keeps Google measurement and advertising tags off; maps, videos and forms remain available. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Necessary storage

We save your choices in your browser’s local storage under mccann-cookie-consent, with the time and preference version. This is not an advertising identifier. We also use session storage under dsg-waterloo-rebrand-notice-v1 to remember when you close our new-name notice during this browser tab’s session. Your choice expires after 180 days. Clearing your browser’s site data also clears it. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies to the current page and you may be asked again.

Analytics & advertising

This optional category enables Google Tag Manager and the measurement or advertising tags configured in our container. These services may use cookies to measure visits and advertising interactions. Google Tag Manager is blocked until you enable this category. We send Google consent signals for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization together with this choice.

When you turn this category off, this page reloads to stop loaded tags. We remove accessible first-party cookies with common Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tracking names. We cannot erase data already sent or cookies held on other providers’ domains. You can remove remaining cookies through your browser’s privacy settings.

External maps & videos

Google Maps, YouTube players and YouTube thumbnails load automatically, independently of your analytics and advertising choice. Loading them connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies or similar technologies. External links remain available; following them takes you to the provider’s website and its privacy practices apply.

Patient and contact forms

Patient, referral and contact forms load automatically when you visit their pages, without an extra loading step. This connects your browser to the external form provider. Form providers may use storage needed to operate and protect their forms, and their own privacy practices apply. Loading a form does not enable this website’s analytics or advertising. Website cookie choices do not control scripts inside an external provider’s form. You can contact our office by email if you prefer.
